Role & Responsibilities All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards. Your role with us will include: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including restocking supplies and ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service, taking orders accurately, offering drink recommendations, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Handle cash and operate the till/point-of-sale system, including processing payments and managing tabs efficiently.
