Reporting to the Executive Head Chef, the Kitchen Porter assists in providing the highest of food hygiene in a customer focused environment. The Georgian mansion which welcomes visitors today was originally built in 1764, on the same site as the original castle. Dunboyne Castle was acquired by Mr. Thomas Roggla in December 2022. Role & Responsibilities All our team pride themselves in offering exceptional guest service to ensure we always go above our service standards.
