Our graduates are carefully selected as they will be trusted from day 1 to have a strong work ethic and the highest of standards, and in return, they will be given positions of real responsibility and the opportunity for rapid advancement through our managerial structure. The programmes focus will be on on-the-job learning, regular reviews & mentorship and one or more assignments. The Graduate Programme is for a period of 18 months and will ensure that participants gain quality experience across all departments and give them a fully rounded experience.
