The purpose of this role is to promote & grow our Operational Lease / Contract Hire product through our different indirect sales channels & existing partnerships. The target customer base is Corporates, SME’s and Private Individuals. The Sales Manager is also responsible for both identifying and on-boarding new partners to support the growth of our indirect business. The Sales Manager must have a strong commercial and industry awareness, be target driven and know how to generate new business within a targeted sales environment. The Sales Manager must be able to build and maintain relationships and trust with our existing partners and their dealer network to ensure strong promotion of our leasing offering so they can execute the sales strategy and achieve business targets for this channel. Key Responsibilities Ensure KPI’s are met through the sale of Private Lease contracts for both new and used vehicles along with the introduction of deals from our Dealer partners, promote our Private Lease products for both new & used vehicles from initial enquiry, through to delivery and manage the in-life process for these customers. Dealers and Manufacturers Develop and maintain strong working relationships with manufacture partners and their dealer network Identify new potential OEM partners based on Group / local relationships Support the completion of cooperation agreements where new partners are identified. Provide on-going training and support on products and processes to the dealer networks Work with OEMs / Business Partners to develop marketing plans/incentives to support business development Act as a consultant to your dealer partners to maximise penetration and profitability from business leads Manage the renewal processes with dealers to ensure a strong retention rate in the existing retail customer base. Engage with internal departments to assist with the management of existing customers taking an active role with customers where required. Develop a contact strategy and a visit rota plan to maintain a presence with dealers Complete necessary reports for both internal and manufactures purposes Support partners to ensure processes are followed to support efficiency and compliance requirements Monitor and report on KPI’s such as profit margins, dealer and manufacture performance, retention rates etc. for internal management and for sharing with OEMs/Dealers as required. Manage the team to ensure agreed KPI’s met, and dealers are engaged with within the agreed SLA’s Ensure all compliance requirements are implemented and adhered to Private Lease Develop a strategy to generate Private Lease leads incl. B2C but also different schemes such as B2B2C, B2B2E (salary sacrifice), etc. Champion the private lease products and be comfortable with the end-to-end process of the products Close sales and complete contracts and supporting documentation Adhere to all compliance requirements. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative information related to Drivalia’s finance products (e.g. Money Laundering, Data Protection etc.) Work closely with all operation functions in Drivalia to ensure processes around these products are operating effectively Keep abreast of all Dealer/Client issues and market intelligence reporting back as necessary Complete all necessary administration associated with job accurately and promptly, including responding to information requests and completing sales and new business pipeline reports Always represent Drivalia professionally and compliantly Work as part of a team – supporting, motivating and assisting colleagues in the operation of the department and throughout the business Explore new type of partnerships (Banks, Financial institutions, others) to create new routes to market for Retail customers.
