Donohoe Skoda is one of the Wexford's most established franchise dealerships, and our aftersales department is the engine room of the business. We're looking for a Service Advisor who understands that great service isn't a transaction - it's a relationship.
This is the role that sets the tone for every customer's experience with us. You'll be the calm, capable voice on the phone, the friendly face at the desk, and the connective tissue between our customers and our workshop. If you take pride in doing things properly, you'll fit right in.
We've recently completed a full refurbishment of our showroom and staff facilities, and we're investing seriously in the team behind the brand. There's genuine momentum here, and room to grow with us.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming customers and guiding them through the service journey with confidence and clarity
Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair - accurately, first time
Acting as the bridge between customer and workshop, keeping communication clean on work scope, timelines, and costs
Preparing transparent estimates and invoices that customers can trust
Managing updates, follow-ups, and the small details that turn a one-time visit into a long-term relationship
Supporting the Aftersales Manager in keeping the department running smoothly
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a comparable customer-facing role (automotive background a strong plus)
Excellent communication skills - written, spoken, and the underrated skill of listening
Comfortable on DMS/CRM systems and with the administrative side of the role
Composure under pressure and the ability to juggle a busy day without dropping the standardA genuine service mindset and a team-first attitude
Full, clean driving licence
