Logistic Analytics Coordinator required to work at Dole Ireland Limited T/A Dole Balbriggan at Unit BC1, M1 Business Park, Courtlough, Balbriggan, Co. Dublin, K32 PR58. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field. Relevant experience, ideally within the food service or fresh produce industry, ERP systems, WMS, or other logistics software and data analysis tools. Duties: Schedule customer orders for delivery in line with route optimisation software. Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to logistics operations, including transportation routes, delivery times, and tachograph readings. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports on logistics KPIs such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and order fulfilment rates. Analyse route plans, identify inefficiencies, and recommend adjustments to reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve delivery schedules. Provide timely updates and corrective actions when logistics delays occur, ensuring customer expectations are managed effectively. Ensure all transport and delivery activities comply with relevant regulations, including customs clearance and food safety standards. Support the implementation and management of logistics-related software such as WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transport Management System). Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the logistics process by leveraging Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies. Salary: €34,882.00 per annum. Hours: 40 per week.
