Reporting relationship Reporting to:Human Resource Director Purpose of post Role purpose Partner with the HR Director to lead and continuously improve HR operations across the business. Drive a high-performance, people-first culture and oversee employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning, HR policy and compliance, and HRIS/process optimisation. What youll need: Diploma/bachelors degree (HR/Management preferred). Approximately 8+ years senior HR operational experience in large, complex organisations. Proven delivery of HR strategy, change management and continuous improvement. Strong Irish employment law and industrial relations knowledge, with experience representing organisations at third-party hearings. HRIS proficiency and ability to leverage technology and analytics for decision-making. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills. High integrity; resilient, agile and collaborative. Fluent English (written and spoken). Key responsibilities/accountabilities Lead and develop the HR team; embed a seamless, efficient and increasingly paperless HR service. Advise managers on all HR matters; build leader capability and confidence. Own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding in partnership with the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager; strengthen employer brand and talent pipelines. Lead workforce planning and use data and insights to inform people decisions. Manage employee relations (including union engagement and third-party hearings); ensure fair, consistent application of policy. Ensure compliance with Irish employment law, GDPR and dnata standards; maintain accurate HR records. Deliver HR projects and change initiatives; champion continuous improvement. Principal duties and responsibilities Operational management Meet regularly with, and advise managers on, staff-related issues and review mechanisms for introducing and managing change; provide expert HR advice to increase managers capability and confidence in all HR matters. Oversee the full recruitment process in conjunction with the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager in line with relevant standards and requirements. Manage and implement HR systems projects and other HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned by the Human Resource Director. Manage a team of five and develop a seamless end-to-end service culture, including identifying and implementing process-improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Liaise with the management team to identify and address staff training and development needs. Support the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager in providing effective induction and orientation training for new employees. Ensure a standardised recruitment process with dnata. Education and training Participate in mandatory training programmes. Pursue continuous professional development to maintain up-to-date professional knowledge and current, relevant HR legislation; identify educational and training needs of the administrative team. Skills, competencies and knowledge Human Resource Operations Manager Comprehensive HR expertise: Strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including policy development, operational delivery and compliance. Experience managing HR functions in a large, complex, multi-site organisation. Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation, organisational policies and industry standards effectively. Strategic and operational HR knowledge: In-depth knowledge of current HR trends, best practices and emerging issues (workforce planning, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent management). Proven ability to align HR operations with organisational goals and contribute to strategic decision-making.     Part Qual Financial Accountant Division:dnata Catering Ireland Ltd Reporting to:Commercial Finance Manager Direct reports:N/A Primary Objectives This role will be responsible for the day to day commercial financial management of key airline customers of dnata Catering & Retail Ireland, in line with dnata financial policies. Working closely with the department key stakeholders, this role will develop key reports and will assist with the preparation of key financial statements and business profitability analysis for the senior leadership team. Elements of the role will require external / customer facing interaction. In addition, the role holder may be required to carry out such additional duties as may be reasonably requested by the business. Who youll deal with: Internal: Managing Director, Finance Director, HR, Direct Reports, and department Line Managers External: Airline Customers, Irish Revenue & Customs, Auditors, Contractors, EHO What youll be doing: Plan: Ensures implementation of departmental policies, procedures, and controls to ensure all procedural and legislative requirements are fulfilled.
