Build enhanced relations with key client(s) at BaU level. Representing the Client Service team as a subject matter expert amongst the entire client value chain. Provide Supervisory Support: Support the Head of Client Service in delivering on the team's ambitious targets and growth plans. Acting as an experienced point of contact for team members; Aiding with educational growth and knowledge transfers to team members in Zurich, Singapore, and Cork. Your Profile You have at minimum 2 years professional experience in servicing B2B business partners. You have a bachelor's degree in a financial, business or science-related field. You have a good understanding of the financial services industry - with a focus on the Banking or Asset Management industries. Additional exposure within Fund Distribution would be considered an advantage. You have excellent communication skills and can form long lasting relationships with client counterparts. You are self-motivated, resilient, can act independently, and collaborate well within a team-centric environment. Your Responsibilities Review of non-automatically reconciled items identified by the reconciliation processing. Daily reconciliation of recorded internal securities balances against positions reported by external custodians. Detailed investigation of differences incl. the identification of the root cause, identification of the corrective measure required, the allocation to the internal/external stakeholder that caused the difference and the follow-up until the difference is solved. Regular reporting of reconciliation status for each custodian. Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. CSDR) in the securities reconciliation process (i.e. ensuring daily reconciliation, investigation and allocation of reconciliations breaks, ensuring the integrity of the issue by identifying undue deletion or creation of securities in the reconciliation breaks.)
