Experience from inception to completion of complex high‑value metro and/or rail projects. Experience in tunnelling or rail systems installation and commissioning is desirable. Tangible experience documenting best‑practice delivery, policies and standards. Experience dealing with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation, influencing process improvement and guiding project delivery and reporting. Delivered integrated design enabling infrastructure delivery in previous senior roles. Deep understanding of capital project delivery in complex environments. Demonstrable leadership, management and technical skills across project, contract, finance and change management. Strong planning, governance, stakeholder management and team leadership abilities. Expertise in delivering technically complex projects and managing multiple teams. Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
