This role is primarily remote working with periodic, expensed Ireland-wide travel to client sites (expected 2-3 times per month). Purpose of the role: Deloitte is working with a large, nationally significant public sector organisation undergoing a broad transformation programme focused on service improvement and citizen experience enhancement. Our team has been embedded on this programme for several years and is supporting behavioural change, service redesign and operational improvements across multiple locations nationwide. This role sits within a blended Deloitte-client delivery team and will focus on driving customer/citizen experience initiatives, improving frontline interactions, and helping to build structure within an evolving workstream.
