Job Description - The Role The role requires an experienced Product Owner within the insurance domain to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and customer journey. You will translate UX designs and customer insights into clear epics and user stories, managing and prioritising the product backlog across agile teams. The position involves close collaboration with designers, architects, and developers to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Strong stakeholder management, agile delivery expertise, and experience using tools such as Jira are essential to successfully plan and execute releases. What you'll do: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and customer journey to deliver value-driven digital solutions. Translate UX designs and customer requirements into clear epics and user stories. Manage and prioritise the product backlog across multiple agile teams for sprint and release planning. Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers to shape and deliver technical solutions. Conduct customer and market research to inform product strategy, innovation, and best practices. The skills you'll need: Strong agile delivery experience as a Product Owner, ideally within a consulting environment.
