Position: Telecoms Rigger Location: Carlow We are seeking an experienced Telecoms Rigger to join our team in Carlow. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of telecom infrastructure projects within a global and expanding business. You will play a key role in installing and maintaining antennas, transmission lines, and related components on towers, masts, and rooftops, supporting network connectivity for leading operators in a safety-focused and collaborative environment. Responsibilities Working in a team erecting and fixing of steel structures to facilitate the installation of telecommunications equipment Installation, decommissioning, dismantling and removal of telecommunications cabling and equipment Working at heights on telecommunications structures including poles, towers and masts to install key equipment Running feeders, earthing, labelling Using the correct tools and equipment for the job and ensuring that they are kept in good condition Adhere to all Delmec quality and environmental obligations, company environmental policy, Health and Safety requirements, regulations, and safe work practices Requirements Previous telecoms rigging experience essential Familiar with tower erection, antenna and transmission line systems on towers, rooftops and other structures Ability to read assembly drawings Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Accustomed to work at heights Good communication skills Valid full driver’s licence This is an excellent opportunity for a Telecoms Rigger to develop a career in an expanding business within the Telecoms sector.
