  • Project Engineer

    Short Intro and About the Job The purpose of this position is to complete multiple capital Masterplan and transformation projects from initial concept, scoping, justification to execution and handover. End to end project management; project conception, justification, through to completion Provide detailed project specifications, drawings, procedures, tender documents Prepare capital requests. Ensure that all purchasing activities are carried out in accordance with company purchasing policies. Development and completion of URS, DQ, FAT, IQ, OQ, PAT, SAT protocols Project Engineering to ensure compliance of layout designs and physical installations with applicable Corporate, Regulatory and GMP standards. Design quality, health & safety and environmental best practice into each project and ensure that all project work is completed in a safe and environmentally friendly manner Project tracking and reporting to up line management in terms of project delivery, specifically performance, time and cost Supervision of contractors associated with project works. Managing Technical teams Manage Design and execution of building & civils projects including M&E packages Ensure compliance with safety for projects delivery, in particular construction safety (PSDP/PSCS) and machinery compliance with the EU machinery directive. Managing masterplan, M&E, fire protection, WWTP, security type project packages Support vertical ramp-up of projects and project handover to plant operations team, including training. Other work as requested by the Plant Engineering Manager About You Degree in related discipline such as Engineering i.e. Chemical, Mechanical or Civil Experience of working in a high volume, fast paced environment in FMCG, Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical. Proven track record of on time, on budget, project scope delivery in a fast paced manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safety in projects, in particular construction safety (PSDP/PSCS) and machinery compliance with the EU machinery directive. Role Purpose: Co-building a category strategy with priority customers to ensure their sustainable growth, based on Danone Category Vision and retailer strategy. Key Activities: Building strong relationships with stakeholders in priority customers to influence the Category strategy based on key insights & put an action plan in place to deliver. Working in advance with priority retailers to run range review processes, from the objectives set up, implementation, to the performance review. Growing distribution and share of shelf for DUK to the benefit of the retailer's category. Analyzing the results of range reviews (e.g. distribution changes, share of space, etc.) and the impact in the category (growth/decline by segment, brand performance, customer dynamics, etc.). Preparing and presenting category insight & recommendations. Leading Category Education projects internally in collaboration with the right departments & externally with priority customer stakeholders. Supporting Senior Category Manager with projects aligned to our Category Vision and in reaching total objectives across all channels.
