This role sits at the heart of our commercial decision-making process. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing, analysing and enhancing group-level performance reporting across our multi-brand, multi-market hotel portfolio. Key Responsibilities Group Reporting & Performance Analysis Compile and deliver all group-level weekly and monthly Rooms performance reporting Analyse performance across STR metrics (RGI, ARI, MPI), segmentation, channel mix and forward booking pace Produce executive-ready summaries highlighting risks, opportunities and performance drivers Support preparation of board-level and GM forum reporting Forecasting & Commercial Insight Assist in consolidating and reviewing hotel level forecasts Support evolution toward more granular (by day / by segment) reporting models Work closely with Group RMs and Heads of Revenue to validate data Systems & BI Development Support integration of Duetto outputs into group reporting Develop and enhance Power BI / BI dashboards (where applicable) Improve automation and reduce manual reporting processes Ensure consistency and one source of truth across reporting outputs Process & Governance Maintain reporting accuracy and integrity across all regions Identify inefficiencies or duplication within current processes Proactively suggest enhancements to improve speed, clarity and commercial relevance Candidate Profile We are looking for a strong analytical thinker with commercial awareness and high attention to detail.
