  • Technical Support Training Content Creator Dairymaster are currently recruiting for: Technical Support Training Content Creator Job Type: Full Time Location: Dairymaster Global Headquarters, Causeway, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. The Technical Support Training Content Creator is responsible for developing, updating, and delivering high-quality technical training materials and support documentation. This role bridges the gap between technical support and training, ensuring both customers and internal teams have access to clear, accurate, and effective training information resources. The position involves close collaboration with engineering, software, and support teams to produce user manuals, training presentations, technical bulletins, and other learning content. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for knowledge sharing. Produce, update, and maintain technical documentation. Develop engaging training materials and presentations for both internal staff and external clients. Deliver product training sessions for new clients and internal teams as required. Support customers by handling technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear, concise solutions. Collaborate with design, software, and support departments to ensure documentation and training content is accurate and up to date. Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and documentation to ensure learning objectives are met. Maintain documentation in accordance with company control procedures and ensure timely updates. Research and implement new ideas for training content, delivery methods, and support processes. Promote best industry practices and provide company training as required. Foster teamwork and a positive working environment across all departments. Requirements: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a distinct advantage. Strong technical knowledge and the ability to understand and explain complex products and systems. Experience in technical documentation, training content creation, or a similar role (minimum 1 year preferred). Proficiency in MS Office; experience with 2D/3D modelling and Autodesk design suites is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Experience in a customer support or care environment is desirable. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
