About the Role
We are looking for an experienced End User Support Lead (EUC Lead) to oversee end-user support operations with a strong focus on PC migration, SCCM/imaging, and M&A integration activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of end-user services, especially during device migrations, system transitions, and mergers & acquisitions, while maintaining high service quality and minimal disruption to business users.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage End User Services (EUC) across L1–L3 support teams
Oversee onsite and remote support operations, ensuring effective service delivery
Drive PC/laptop migration and device rollout programs, including OS imaging and deployment
Manage SCCM / Intune / Endpoint Manager for device configuration and application deployment
Ensure seamless migration of user data, applications, and profiles with minimal downtime
Collaborate with internal teams and acquired organizations to align support processes
Participate in M&A workstreams and ensure smooth transition of end-user services
Assist in server migration activities by ensuring end-user readiness and support continuity
Use ServiceNow for incident management, workflows, and knowledge base maintenance
Conduct current-state assessments, identify gaps, and improve support processes
Maintain documentation and standardize support procedures
Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Track project progress, risks, and provide regular status updates
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in End User Services / Desktop Support Lead roles
Proven experience in PC migration, device refresh, or laptop rollout programs
Hands‑on expertise with:
SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
OS imaging and deployment
Experience supporting M&A / IT integration / transition projects
Working knowledge of ServiceNow (ITSM, workflows, knowledge management)
Understanding of server migration (end‑user support perspective)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience Required
8+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years in EUC Lead / Desktop Support Lead / Support Management roles
Experience managing L1–L3 support teams
Exposure to multi‑location or global environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on M&A or large‑scale IT transformation projects
ITIL certification (preferred)
Experience in vendor management and outsourced support models
