What the Project Management Office Team does The Project Management Office (PMO) manages HEAnet’s project portfolio and provides project management support across the company. As a technical organization, many of HEAnet’s projects involve collaboration with internal teams on services like networking, cloud, identity, storage, and security. The PMO plays a central role in developing new services, including a strategic focus on cybersecurity. The Cybersecurity Product Development Manager is key to delivering this objective, acting as a Subject Matter Expert and working closely with HEAnet’s security, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Client teams. What the Cybersecurity Product Development Manager does HEAnet aims to expand its security services portfolio to help clients in the Further and Higher Education sector address security challenges. While already offering a range of security services through internal teams and partners, HEAnet is exploring new service opportunities. The Cybersecurity Product Development Manager will assess the feasibility of new service candidates, develop business cases, and create a roadmap for potential new production services.
