We are looking for a fully qualified domestic plumber to join our growing team! The main purpose of this role is to install our water softeners and filters in residential and commercial properties. Main Duties to include: Working independently in the field, installing and servicing water filtration equipment such as Water Softeners & Water Filters Daily administration procedures in line with business requirements including submitting reports and stock management Establish efficient installation methods, while delivering an exceptional customer service experience Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and regulations Promote our products and services by using your knowledge whilst on site to recommend and advise customers on the best solution to solve their hydration requirements Securely obtain payment details from our customers Complete vehicle maintenance checks regularly and in line with fleet policy Responsible for weekly van stock activities Daily travel required to surrounding counties Brand ambassador, continue to promote our brand and products Requirements As a Water Softener Installer, you will have a driving licence, along with excellent customer service skills. You will have a plumbing qualification along with previous domestic plumbing experience. You will be a natural problem solver, with great attention to detail.
