Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple scrum teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaborative teamwork Drive the adoption and implementation of agile methodologies, with a strong understanding of how to leverage OKR-based measures to drive change and achieve strategic objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with company vision and product roadmap Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression Ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and resilient software solutions in a timely manner Promote and implement best practices in software engineering, including CI/CD, test automation, and DevOps principles Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, advocating for the adoption of new tools and techniques where appropriate Requirements A minimum of 7 years of experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of technical leadership and team management Strong experience with agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of how to drive organizational change using OKR-based measures Proficiency in .NET, Azure, and microservices architecture is highly preferred Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and experience in a SAFe environment is desirable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field While requirements are important, they should not put you off.
