Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and control project documentation across live projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure all information is accurate, up to date, and issued in line with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Managing the receipt, upload, distribution and filing of all project documentation Maintaining document control systems and registers across multiple projects Uploading and managing documents on internal systems (e.g. Procore) and external client platforms (Asite, Aconex, etc.) Tracking drawings, technical submittals and documents issued for review or approval Ensuring all documentation complies with company and project-specific standards Coordinating document flow between internal teams, clients and subcontractors Issuing and tracking RFIs and responses Downloading and distributing information from external client portals Supporting QA processes and maintaining accurate document records Assisting with O&M manuals and As-Built documentation Supporting project teams with timely issue of site information Qualifications Previous experience as a Document Controller, ideally within construction or engineering Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g. Procore, Aconex, Asite) Good organisational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Confident dealing with clients and external stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines This is a fully remote role. We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, managing your team of Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. A key part of this role is also planning and managing company resources, including labour, site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and plant. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors. Oversee tender handovers and commercial assessments, identifying risks and value engineering opportunities. Manage the site supervision team to ensure Health & Safety, quality, programme, and cost controls are implemented. Prepare and review contract documentation, method statements, risk assessments, and QA plans. Monitor project budgets, variations, and interim valuations; liaise with QS and accounts teams. Conduct weekly contract meetings, issue reports, and maintain accurate site records. Support installation subcontractors in material delivery and project progress. Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and working drawings. Plan and allocate company resources across projects to maximise efficiency and continuity of work. Liaise with Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, and Safety teams as required. Construction-related degree or equivalent (construction science or engineering preferred). Minimum 10 years’ senior management experience in roofing, cladding, or façade sectors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety codes, and building envelope practices. Proven track record of successfully managing medium to large‑scale projects. Budget management experience with strong financial and commercial acumen. Excellent people management, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Project an advantage.
