We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, managing your team of Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. A key part of this role is also planning and managing company resources, including labour, site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and plant. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors. Oversee tender handovers and commercial assessments, identifying risks and value engineering opportunities. Manage the site supervision team to ensure Health & Safety, quality, programme, and cost controls are implemented. Prepare and review contract documentation, method statements, risk assessments, and QA plans. Monitor project budgets, variations, and interim valuations; liaise with QS and accounts teams.
