    WOMENS NATIONAL SELECTOR The Senior Ireland Womens team currently sit within the ICCs top ten ranked teams across both T20 and ODI formats. With qualification secured for the ICC T20 World Cup in June 2026 and participation in the fourth edition of the International Womens Championship commencing in July 2026, the future is exceedingly bright for a predominantly young and developing squad. In 2026-27 Cricket Ireland will employ 23 female cricketers with a full-time Team Management Unit led by Head Coach Lloyd Tennant assigned to support the player pool. Cricket Ireland is seeking a Womens National Selectorto chair the Womens National Selection panel and help ensure Ireland selects its best players to take to the world stage and continue the progress that has been made following the professionalising of the Senior Team. The successful candidate will report to the CI Director of High Performance. Job Description WOMENS National Selector Purpose of the job: To be responsible for the selection of all Ireland senior womens teams both home and abroad, the selection of the Ireland Performance Squad (IPS), Ireland Development Squads and the recommendation of player contracts annually. Principal Responsibilities: The National Selector is responsible for convening (with the aid of the Team Manager), chairing meetings and managing the selection of the Ireland senior womens teams, Ireland Performance Squad (IPS) and Ireland Development Squads and the Super Series domestic core squads. Liaise regularly with the Womens Head Coach and Ireland Captain to provide help and support in selection matters. Liaise with the Director of High Performance on the process and selection of Ireland womens teams and Super Series squads. Liaise with the Womens Head Coach with regard to the health and fitness of players being considered for Ireland selection, and other members of the performance services staff. Attend meetings of the Senior Team Management Group as determined from time to time by the Director of High Performance. Be prepared to undertake any other duties related to the work of these functions as required.     HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Reporting to the CEO, the HR Manager is responsible for the delivery of all Human Resources activities across Cricket Ireland. The role leads the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, talent development, succession planning and employee relations. The HR Manager also oversees monthly payroll collation and review in partnership with the organisations outsourced payroll provider, ensuring accuracy, compliance and governance.
