Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Account Manager. The role is based in Dublin, with some tasks able to be completed remotely. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, coordinating projects, understanding client needs, providing product and service information, and working with the engineering team to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Account Management and Client Relationship Management skills
Project Coordination and Client Needs Assessment skills
Knowledge of Audio Visual and IT Services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
Experience in the business, education, or government sectors is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field is preferred
