Based primarily in the Cork and Muster area, the focus of this role is to support our client by delivering exceptional service through best in class merchandising, brand promotion and reporting. The Primary Responsibilities for This Role Are: Provide coaching and development for the team of merchandisers in your area Support and lead the Team in Field Manager’s absence Managing team KPI’s to ensure all regional staff are achieving targets Ensure the Team are conducting compliant activity at all times in accordance with internal, external and client guidelines and expectations Merchandising all relevant stock in store to ensure displays are fully stocked and laid out as per planogram Quality control to ensure all stock is displayed correctly, displays are clean, and any POS is fully stocked and visible Relationship building and strong communication with the in-store contacts to build positive working relationships on behalf of CPM and Dulux. Also answer customer queries while working on the shop floor Reporting to complete simple reports on work completed, including photos and some ordering Maintain planograms & displays, ensuring that any agreed space and shelf layouts are adhered to in store Monitor distribution & availability, ensuring that there are sufficient amounts of stock on display at all times with particular emphasis on core lines Deliver core client and company KPIs to ensure the success and sustainability of the Team including 100% call coverage, quality and compliance and reporting Lead by example through consistently excellent behaviours that support an environment of professionalism and commitment to serving our client to the highest standards Heighten awareness of the client’s brands in any given location and ensure high product visibility and quality on all products Build in-store relationships to promote CPM and the client with the key contacts Provide accurate reporting through tablet and phone technology Undertake to learn new ways of working to support evolving company needs and client expectations, and support the Field Manager to positively influence the Team. As a support merchandiser, you will travel alongside our existing merchandiser and be responsible for ensuring that Britvic products are placed in key locations within retail stores, which will significantly influence customers' purchasing decisions. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with store managers to maximize product exposure and sales. €13.50 per hour, 8 hours per day between Monday 16 December and Monday 23 December 2024. You do need to be available for shifts every day (includes weekend working). You will visit several stores in the day, travelling with the existing territory merchandiser. Your role is to ensure that all POS is on the shop floor, that any free-standing display units and in-store sitings are fully stocked. Where possible, you will identify new opportunities for additional sitings for Britvic in-store and get agreement for these sitings with the store manager. Responsibilities Support the merchandiser to ensure Britvic products are available in stores in the correct location and quantity. Create visually appealing product displays that encourage purchases.
