Cpl are supporting a key Media client with a new Digital Analytics hire. This role will be focused on understanding audience behaviour, content performance, and subscription growth. You’ll establish and lead tracking and measurement across digital platforms, turning data into actionable insights that shapes strategic decision making.
Key Responsibilities Analyse audience behaviour across acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and churn
Deliver actionable insights on content performance and subscription growth
Build and optimise conversion funnels, attribution models, and revenue tracking
Develop dashboards and automated reporting to support data-driven decisions
Partner with cross-functional teams (Editorial, Marketing, Product, Commercial, Finance)
Define and refine KPIs across audience, content, and revenue performance
Own and improve tracking implementation (event tracking, tagging, measurement frameworks)
Experience & Skills 4 years of commercial experience. Experience specifically in Web, Digital, media is 100% essential
Strong SQL skills and experience working with behavioural / event data
Proven experience analysing funnels, customer journeys, and conversion metrics
Exposure to tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
Background in media, subscriptions, or digital platforms
