  • Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner (Around the Airport) Immediate start Salary per year: €80,000 per year 6 month Contract Role: Elicit and document requirements from multiple business units; develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows for agile delivery. Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management. Monitor KPIs and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Experience in process improvement, automation, data analytics, machine learning, or AI technologies is a plus. Highly organised and detail-oriented; able to proactively identify solutions that meet business needs, are fit for purpose, and represent value for money. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and facilitate effective collaboration across teams and stakeholders. Self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to outcomes. Naturally curious and always looking to improve willing to challenge the status quo when needed. Experience working in highly matrixed organisations where influencing without direct authority is key.
