  • Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Financial Services) Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Our client is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join their Retail Marketing Team on a 12-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and delivering impactful, customer-focused campaigns within a regulated financial services environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a defined product portfolio, delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and growth. The client is seeking a proven marketer with strong commercial awareness, creativity, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans in partnership with the Marketing Manager, Brand, Product, and Commercial teams. Leverage customer insights and data analysis to identify growth opportunities and guide campaign strategy. Deliver high-quality campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels, ensuring strong creative execution and effective media planning. Oversee POS materials, brochures, and communications, keeping them relevant and compliant. Support digital activity including website updates, SEO improvements, and conversion optimisation. Collaborate with CRM and digital performance teams to drive customer engagement, retention, and cross-selling opportunities. Work closely with Compliance, the DPO, Product teams, and third parties to ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, translating insights into actionable improvements. Manage budgets effectively, identifying opportunities for efficiency. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external creative/media agencies to ensure effective delivery. Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making across the retail marketing function. ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 6 years marketing experience within financial services or a similar regulated industry is essential. Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, and social). Demonstrated ability to use insights and analytics to inform decisions and measure performance. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent commercial acumen, combining creative thinking with business goals. Experience with digital marketing and performance analytics is highly desirable. This is a newly created hybrid position that will report into the Operations Director and will work for a team of 4, with two direct reports. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the Client Excellence team, leading strategic client relationships and overseeing the delivery of large-scale experiential and event marketing campaigns for some of the agencys most prestigious clients including well-known multinational and consumer brands. Key Responsibilities Lead the strategic development and execution of campaigns for major clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with tight deadlines. Solid understanding of budgets, financial tracking, and ROI analysis. Passionate about delivering outstanding live brand experiences. Culturally aware with a good grasp of the Irish events and brand activation landscape.
