This senior role sits on the Executive Leadership Team and is ideal for an HR leader with significant public-sector or large complex-organisation experience. The Head of HR, will design and deliver the organisations people strategy, drive cultural and organisational change, and ensure excellence across HR governance, capability development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver the People & Culture strategy as part of the Executive Leadership Team. Drive organisational transformation, culture change, and workforce planning. Our client offers homecare support and personal care to clients around Ireland; this position will be based in Donegal. ASM is a senior management role reporting to the National Operations Manager. The position oversees Care Supervisors and Care Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a designated region.
