    CPL Recruitment is working with a well-known financial services organisation to hire an HR Generalist on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract. This hybrid role (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) is a great opportunity to join an experienced HR team in a strong, established organisation. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, the HR Generalist will support the full employee lifecycle, help with key HR projects, and manage day to day HR tasks. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Financial Services or a Corporate/Professional Services environment, and will enjoy working in a busy, fast-paced setting. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide everyday HR support for all stages of an employees life with the company from hiring and onboarding to performance reviews and exits. Help run HR projects and initiatives within the People & Culture team. Manage recruitment coordination, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Maintain HR records and system data (SuccessFactors experience is a plus). Help develop or update HR policies, prepare HR reports, ensure compliance, and suggest improvements to HR processes. Act as a trusted point of contact for both employees and managers answer HR questions clearly and promptly. Work well within a small HR team, while also being able to manage your own tasks and priorities independently. REQUIREMENTS: 3 years+ experience working as an HR Generalist. Strong understanding of all major HR processes hiring, onboarding, performance, employee lifecycle.
