Monday - Friday working 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.00pm on a Friday. As one of the key faces of our business, you will play an essential role in delivering an excellent service to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and values building positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver company stock to customers safely and efficiently Ensure timely deliveries in line with daily schedules Use scanning equipment to track deliveries and reporting discrepancies Handle customer returns and ensure all associated documentation is completed Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly Ensure tyres, fluid levels, and general vehicle condition are maintained Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times Follow all road safety regulations and drive responsibly Adhere to company policies on fuel usage and vehicle care Ensure safety equipment (e.g. first aid kit, fire extinguisher) is available and in working order Customer Service Act as a professional and courteous representative of the company Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and the public Provide clear communication and support during deliveries What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a delivery driver or customer-facing role (preferred) Experience with multi-drop deliveries is advantageous Strong navigation skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of reliability and attention to detail Full, clean driving licence Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move goods (up to 25kg) Comfortable driving for extended periods, sometimes at unsocial hours Additional Information Flexibility is required – you may be asked to support alternative routes, overtime, or other departments during quieter periods Full training and PPE will be provided Why Join Us?
