Monday - Friday working 8.00am – 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am – 4.00pm on a Friday. As one of the key faces of our business, you will play an essential role in delivering an excellent service to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, takes pride in their work, and values building positive relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities Deliver company stock to customers safely and efficiently Ensure timely deliveries in line with daily schedules Use scanning equipment to track deliveries and reporting discrepancies Handle customer returns and ensure all associated documentation is completed Vehicle & Safety Responsibilities Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly Ensure tyres, fluid levels, and general vehicle condition are maintained Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times Follow all road safety regulations and drive responsibly Adhere to company policies on fuel usage and vehicle care Ensure safety equipment (e.g. first aid kit, fire extinguisher) is available and in working order Customer Service Act as a professional and courteous representative of the company Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with customers and the public Provide clear communication and support during deliveries What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a delivery driver or customer-facing role (preferred) Experience with multi-drop deliveries is advantageous Strong navigation skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High level of reliability and attention to detail Full, clean driving licence Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move goods (up to 25kg) Comfortable driving for extended periods, sometimes at unsocial hours Additional Information Flexibility is required – you may be asked to support alternative routes, overtime, or other departments during quieter periods Full training and PPE will be provided Why Join Us? Telesales Representative – Maternity Cover (12 Months) We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our Limerick based Telesales Team on a 12‑month maternity cover contract. Reporting directly to the Telesales Supervisor, this role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator with a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused approach. Key Responsibilities Delivering a high standard of customer service by working closely with the telesales team and wider business departments Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth process through to delivery Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email, fax, and online ordering platforms More About the Role Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner Responding to customer queries with care, taking the time to understand concerns and agreeing ownership and resolution timelines Keeping customers informed and updated until issues are fully resolved Installing and supporting customers with the Connect online ordering system Processing orders via phone, email, fax, and the Connect system Logging all relevant customer information accurately and escalating issues to the appropriate teams where required Generating reports for internal and customer use Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and communicating these to the Telesales Supervisor Staying up to date with product knowledge, business updates, and internal communications Providing general support across the team to ensure office efficiency and customer satisfaction About You Previous experience in a customer service or telesales role, ideally within a sales‑focused organisation Strong communication and listening skills Highly organised with good attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment Confident using systems and learning new tools Covetrus is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
