The team works in close partnership with end clients, providing experienced resource augmentation on complex, high-value projects, particularly within the data centre and critical environments sectors. About the Role An experienced Project Manager with strong Data Centre or Mission Critical project experience is sought for a 12-month contract role, with a strong likelihood of extension subject to performance and project requirements. This role is primarily focused on resource augmentation, supporting a client-side delivery team on major data centre projects. The successful candidate will work on a hybrid basis, with 1–2 days per week based in the Leopardstown, Dublin office and the remainder remotely. The role would suit contractors or individuals currently in permanent roles who are open to contract opportunities. Flexibility is required, as contracts are expected to run back-to-back with the end client. Responsibilities * Manage the delivery of Data Centre / Mission Critical projects from initiation through to completion. * Act as a key interface between client stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. * Oversee programme, cost, risk, and quality management across project phases. * Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed timelines, budgets, and technical standards. * Support governance, reporting, and project controls requirements. * Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies where required. * Provide leadership and direction within a complex, fast-paced project environment. * Support client-side decision-making and overall project strategy. Requirements Essential: * Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a Project Manager role. * Proven track record in delivering Data Centre or Mission Critical projects. * Strong understanding of project delivery within regulated or high-availability environments. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. * Ability to operate autonomously in a client-facing, resource augmentation capacity. * Willingness to attend the Leopardstown, Dublin office 1–2 days per week. About the Role A motivated Building Surveyor, Building Inspector, or Clerk of Works is required for a structured development role within a growing inspection team. This is a full-time, permanent position, based across active construction sites, primarily in Dublin 24, with flexibility to travel to other locations as needed. During the initial six-month period, the successful candidate will work under the supervision of a Senior Building Inspector, with responsibilities increasing progressively as competency is demonstrated. The role offers valuable practical site experience, structured training, and clear progression opportunities toward a more senior inspection position. Responsibilities * Assist with site inspections to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and building regulations. * Identify defects and non-conformances, recording corrective actions under supervision. * Maintain accurate inspection records, including notes, photographs, and supporting documentation. * Monitor day-to-day site activities and keep detailed site records. * Assist in preparing progress and quality reports for review by senior staff. * Observe and report unsafe practices, supporting overall health and safety compliance. * Attend site meetings and record key discussions as required. * Facilitate effective communication between the site and design/management teams. * Assist with snagging inspections and close-out tracking. * Help collect as-built information, certificates, warranties, and handover documents. Requirements Essential: * Degree or qualification in Engineering, Building Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (or working towards). * Strong interest in quality control, compliance, and construction inspection. * Good organisational and communication skills. * Willingness to learn and develop professionally. Preferred: * Minimum of 3 years’ experience on active construction sites. * Solid knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and health and safety requirements. xsokbrc * Full, clean driving licence essential due to site-based nature of the role.
