As a Site Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the operations and maintenance of our data centre infrastructure. This position involves hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repair and may include participation in an on-call rotation. Location: This is a 100% onsite position in Copenhagen, Denmark Responsibilities Lead a team of data centre technicians in daily operations, including server maintenance, equipment installation, and troubleshooting. Develop and implement best practices for data centre operations to ensure maximum efficiency and uptime. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to support client projects and ensure seamless service delivery. Perform regular inspections and audits of data centre equipment to maintain optimal performance and reliability. Respond promptly and resolve technical issues and emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption. The Fleet Reliability Operations team is responsible for the day-to-day provisioning, management and uptime of CoreWeave’s ever-expanding fleet of server nodes. Playing a central role in CoreWeave’s growth strategy, this team is on the front line for configuration, updates and remote troubleshooting of our highest tier of supercomputing clusters and their networking, delivery platforms and tools dependencies. This individual will join a team of committed engineers working to deploy nodes as fast as they can be racked and turned on. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain large-scale, high-performance supercomputing clusters running state-of-the-art GPUs Troubleshoot hardware and software issues; elevate and coordinate as needed with data center, network, hardware and platform teams to drive resolution. Monitor and analyze system performance and take appropriate remediation actions for cloud health.
