The Role
We’re looking for a Business Developer to take ownership of growth across the Munster region.
This is a field‑based position that combines relationship building, sales execution, and brand development. You’ll work directly with retailers, convenience operators, and selected out-of-home partners to grow distribution, visibility, and performance.
You’ll be part of a small, experienced team where initiative, curiosity, and collaboration are genuinely valued.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience in FMCG, Retail, food, or beverage
Understanding of the Irish retail and convenience landscape.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organised, motivated, and commercially aware.
Full, clean driving licence.
Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about great food and drink.
Confident working independently while contributing to a positive team culture.
Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving environment.
Keen to learn, grow, and take on new challenges as the business develops.
