Job Summary: We are seeking an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) Program Coordinator / MRO Engineer to join our team in one of our customer-based sites in Galway. In this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all maintenance-related materials, spare parts, consumables, tools, and vendor services at the client site. The role ensures operational continuity by maintaining efficient inventory levels, coordinating procurement, supporting maintenance teams, and driving process improvements in the MRO supply chain. Key Responsibilities: Manage onsite MRO inventory including spare parts, consumables, and critical components. Maintain accurate stock levels, issue materials, and process returns. Ensure timely replenishment through forecasting and consumption analysis. Optimize storage, labelling, and organization of the storeroom. Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries. Track order status and resolve delays, shortages, or quality issues. Support vendor-managed inventory (VMI) programs when applicable. Support the Head Office Supply Chain team with evaluation of supplier performance and participate in cost-reduction initiatives. Collaborate with maintenance engineers/technicians to ensure availability of required parts for work orders and planned shutdowns. Interpret bill of materials (BOMs) to identify correct parts. Support planning and scheduling of preventive and predictive maintenance activities. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (SAP, Maximo, etc.). Generate reports on usage trends, stock aging, critical spares, and KPIs. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and audit requirements. Monitor warranty claims and maintain lifecycle documentation for assets. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce downtime and stockouts. Lead initiatives for inventory optimization, standardization, and rationalization. Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years in program coordination / customer account management. Experience working in manufacturing environments is preferable. Experience dealing with MRO parts, engineering spares, and/or similar technical products is desirable. Knowledge of mechanical/electrical components and industrial equipment. Proficiency with CMMS/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Maximo). Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes. Strong communication and customer-facing abilities. Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently onsite with cross-functional teams. Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Job Purpose Reporting to the program supervisor, the Inventory Technician role is responsible for ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed in this controlled and regulated environment. Operating mainly at our customer site location (s), covering the responsibilities as outlined below. This role requires working within a defined shift structure to support the needs of our client, shift starts at 6am. Training will be provided in line with site specific requirements. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with all safety standards, participate in risk assessments and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Comply with customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to good manufacturing practices. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas by implementing and adhering to housekeeping standards and promptly addressing any hazards to promote a safe and efficient work environment. Consistently deliver quality products and services and address customer inquiries promptly and effectively. Attend regular team meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment on assigned tasks and responsibilities. Communicate status of all requests to customers in a timely manner by utilising relevant communication channels. Ensure accuracy in all material transactions while optimising the allocated storage space. Collect, transport, and replenish cleanroom gowning supplies to ensure continuous availability. Monitor and restock Kanban locations with consumables to maintain stock levels. Ensure the provision and timely delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE) to designated points of use. Manage the replenishment of vending systems and track stock levels of consumables used by operations teams. Assemble and prepare kits for operations teams to support planned maintenance events. Conduct regular cycle counts to verify stock accuracy. Skills and Experience. Can communicate professionally with customer representatives, vendors and internal colleagues. Good attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A continuous improvement mindset that will seek to improve processes and the service we offer to our customers. Previous experience in inventory control, logistics, or a related field. Understanding of cleanroom protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is an advantage. We are currently recruiting for a EHS Manager to manage and drive improvements in our Environmental, Health and Safety management systems. Responsibilities Help drive the culture across both sites in accordance with quality, environmental, health & safety policies, guidelines and processes. Maintain existing EHS management systems, improving where required and roll out of same across multiple sites. Ensure correct safety processes & procedures are in place and are being followed by all, with ability to create and implement new procedures where necessary. Ensure all required records are being generated and saved accordingly. Identify areas of risk, assess, and develop measures to reduce and control. Investigate accidents/incidents & track actions to closure. Provide advice and support to colleagues on EHS matters.
