Details of Post The person appointed to this post will work as a Occupational therapist, taking a clinical role in delivering a high-quality Occupational Therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and older persons within Constellation Healthcare. As a Occupational therapist with Constellation Healthcare, you will work in a unidisciplinary capacity providing assessments and conducting progress reviews through follow up sessions with patients. Clinical Responsibilities: Assessment & Treatment Delivery Participate in assessments as the Occupational Therapy clinician, contributing discipline-specific assessment, observations, and clinical reasoning. Provide direct Occupational Therapy intervention where indicated, including individual or group-based sessions informed by assessment outcomes.
