Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor, partnership and technology contracts. Lead the legal side of a global expansion, communicating with the local regulators and advisors. Partner with compliance on implementing a robust compliance program to ensure the company operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. Identify and mitigate legal risks. Your Profile Extensive experience serving as in-house counsel or primary legal advisor in a fintech, cryptocurrency, or payments company, advising C-suite executives on corporate governance, legal strategy, and compliance issues.
