What You’ll Do You’ll be the go‑to expert for customers across your territory, responsible for: * Delivering fast, effective breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance * Installing and upgrading retail weighing and food‑preparation equipment * Keeping clear and accurate service records (paper or digital) * Using company‑provided mobile tech to manage jobs * Managing your own spare‑parts stock and ensuring high first‑time fix rates * Spotting and passing on opportunities for additional chargeable work * Providing first‑class customer service—every visit, every time * Staying compliant with all H&S and site policies * Supporting customers with basic equipment training when needed This is a field‑based, independent role, ideal for someone who enjoys working solo but still wants full team support behind them.
