  • Senior Site Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to join our team on a high profile project in Cork City. Key Responsibilities Include: Reporting to the Site Manager/Project Manager and Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreed. Ensure that all works on site are carried in accordance with the specification or in accordance with some other acceptable standard if no specification exists or is otherwise directed by his superiors. Particular focus on brick work, renders, relief angles etc Accurate setting out of the site and all structures in accordance with the programme with no delays to the works. Ensure dimensional accuracy is achieved on all aspects of the project. Ensuring that the quality of all works carried on site is acceptable and in accordance with the specification. Record and maintain records for all builds. Ensuring that all resources required for the timely and proper carrying out of the works are available to him in good time. Workplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals).     Role Description This is a full-time office based role for a Legal Administrator. The Legal Administrator will be responsible for managing legal documentation, assisting in administrative tasks, and providing legal support to ensure compliance and efficiency. The role also involves coordinating with team members, maintaining organised records in line with Contract specifications. Qualifications Legal knowledge, including familiarity with Irish laws and regulations. Proficiency in legal document preparation and handling sensitive legal information. Administrative skills, including managing schedules, maintaining organised systems, and ensuring timely task execution. Experience in legal and administrative processes. Strong communication and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Bachelor's degree in Law, or a related field is preferred. Liaise with insurance service providers/review specific indemnity requirements on a project-by-project basis. Prior experience in a similar role in construction or a similar field is preferred but not essential. Role Objectives: We are currently seeking an organised and proactive part time Plant & Fleet Administrator to support the effective management of our company plant and vehicle fleet departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update plant and vehicle asset registers. Coordinate servicing inspections and maintenance in both areas and keep updated records. Track plant allocation and downtime on internal database listings. Checking of fleet and plant related invoices with oversight from the fleet and plant managers. Maintain driver licence records and operator certifications. Liaise with suppliers, workshops, and hire providers if necessary. General administration duties such as postage and record keeping as per a general administration role. This role is not strictly limited to the above duties. Requirements: Previous experience in fleet, plant, or transport administration is desirable. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Understanding of Irish fleet compliance requirements would be an advantage. Construction industry experience desirable but not essential. A willingness to cover holidays for the plant and fleet department on a rare occasion is required where valid notice is provided. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in site management, particularly someone experienced in remediation and conservation works. A carpentry background would be highly beneficial, especially for overseeing high-quality finishing and restoration elements. Role Objective The role of the Finishing Foreman is to ensure delivery of high-quality finishes across all project elements, provide efficient management of the building site, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure adherence to workplace Health and Safety requirements while maximising productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects that are snag-free, completed on time, and within budget.
