The role is based in our Cork or Dublin office, with the possibility of some remote/blended working in line with our Firm policy. The Opportunity You will join a team which provides strategic advice and practical solutions to our Clients across both the public and private sectors, working on a diverse caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters including: Advising and guiding employers through investigations, disciplinary proceedings and termination of employment. Prepare and present cases before the District Court and other relevant forums. Draft pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documentation to a high standard. Liaise with social workers, guardians ad litem, and other stakeholders in child protection cases. Provide clear, timely legal advice to clients and maintain excellent client care standards. Manage files efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Contribute to departmental knowledge sharing and training initiatives.
