A newly created Head of Finance role is available to support a major, multi-year transformation programme focused on modernising operations and strengthening long-term performance. Reporting to senior finance leadership, this position brings a strong commercial focus to the finance function, with ownership of performance reporting, group reporting, and advanced business intelligence. You’ll play a key role in shaping financial insight across the organisation, partnering closely with transformation initiatives to track investment, performance, and value delivery. The role covers commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, capital investment governance, and tax oversight across multiple jurisdictions. You’ll also lead and develop finance team members and act as a senior finance deputy when required. Key Focus Areas Commercial and group financial reporting with clear, actionable insight Development of dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau.
