Role Responsibilities Prepare tender documentation, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and manage negotiations through to order placement. Oversee the financial and commercial management of subcontractors, ensuring smooth progression to final account settlement. Contribute to forecasting, target setting, and reconciliation of package values. Compile valuations and variations with comprehensive supporting details, agreeing adjustments as work advances.
