    CAaaS™ Engineer (Full-Time On-Site) Reports to: CAaaS™ Program Lead, Climeaction About CAaaS™ Climeaction’s Climate Action as a Service (CAaaS™) program embeds our engineers directly within client operations to accelerate decarbonization and efficiency improvement. Instead of one-off audits or reports, CAaaS™ delivers continuous, measurable progress through hands‑on engineering, structured program management, and verified energy and carbon savings. Our CAaaS™ engineers are supported by a national and international network of technical specialists in energy, carbon, and process optimization — ensuring every site benefits from deep expertise and shared best practice. The Opportunity We are seeking a CAaaS™ Engineer to work full‑time on‑site within a leading Aviation Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility. You will play a key role in identifying, implementing, and sustaining opportunities to reduce energy use, cut emissions, and improve operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact engineering role for someone who wants to see tangible results from their work. What You’ll Do Lead delivery of the CAaaS™ program on‑site, managing energy and carbon reduction activities day to day. Analyse utilities and process systems (compressed air, HVAC, heat recovery, lighting, etc.) to uncover efficiency opportunities. Develop and maintain the site’s Energy Carbon Action Plan and monitor key performance indicators. Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to implement and verify improvement projects. Prepare concise technical proposals and savings calculations to support investment decisions. Collaborate weekly with Climeaction’s wider technical team for technical review, mentoring, and program alignment. Contribute to knowledge sharing across the broader CAaaS™ network. What You’ll Bring Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Process, or Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial, utilities, or MRO environments. Strong understanding of energy systems and performance improvement. Confidence working independently on‑site while engaging effectively with cross‑functional teams. Excellent data analysis and problem‑solving skills. Curiosity, initiative, and a commitment to delivering measurable outcomes. Desirable Experience in the aviation or aerospace sector. Familiarity with ISO 50001, metering platforms, or energy analytics tools. Exposure to lean or continuous improvement practices.     Job Specification: Head of Product Location: Cork or Kilkenny, Ireland Reports to: CEO Business Unit: Climate Technology Employment Type: Full Time Role Purpose The Head of Product will lead the strategy, development, and commercial success of Climeaction’s digital products portfolio, starting with VSAg and ESGo. This role is responsible for translating customer needs, market intelligence, and internal technical expertise into high performing, commercially viable products that scale across global supply chains. The Head of Product sits on the Senior Leadership Team alongside the Head of Agricultural Impact for digital and will shape Climeaction’s future product roadmap from a software perspective. Key Responsibilities Product Leadership and Strategy Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for VSAg, ESGo, and future platforms under development. Ensure all products align with Climeaction’s broader mission, digital strategy, and industry impact objectives. Lead market research, competitive analysis, and product positioning to inform strategic decisions. Work with the CEO and SLT to prioritize product investments and resource allocation. Product Development and Delivery Lead the end to end product lifecycle from concept to rollout. Translate customer problems into clear product requirements, features, and user journeys. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high quality, scalable solutions. Establish Agile or hybrid delivery processes that suit Climeaction’s rapid growth. Commercialization and Growth Develop and execute go to market plans for VSAg and ESGo. Define commercial models, pricing structures, and early adoption pathways. Support sales teams in building compelling value propositions and customer collateral. Lead product pilots, customer onboarding processes, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement. Customer and Market Engagement Act as the voice of the customer for all digital products. Build strong relationships with customers, partners, investors, and industry bodies. Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder briefings. Gather structured feedback and translate insights into improved product performance and expanded functionality. Team Leadership Work alongside the Head of Agricultural Impact and future Product Managers to build a high performing product organization. Coach and mentor the product team, supporting career development and cross functional awareness. Establish product management best practices, documentation standards, and governance processes. Performance and Impact Define and track product level KPIs including adoption, retention, user activity, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Ensure all products deliver measurable environmental and commercial outcomes for customers. Align product improvements with Climeaction’s fast evolving global market opportunities. Required Experience And Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in product management or digital product leadership. Experience bringing SaaS or data driven platforms to market, ideally in supply chain, agriculture, ESG, industrial decarbonization, or related sectors. Demonstrated ability to scale products from MVP to commercial rollout. Strong experience working with engineering and design teams in Agile environments. Commercial experience including pricing models, customer value analysis, and GTM execution. Proven stakeholder management experience at senior levels. Degree in engineering, business, computer science, environmental sciences, or a related discipline. Competencies and Attributes Strategic thinker with strong execution capability.
