    Cleantech Civils is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager and Site Engineer for a project in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon for the construction of a new control building. This role is key to ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of construction works while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and clients. Project Manager: Principal Duties and Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and within budget Lead and coordinate site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors Monitor progress against programme and drive performance improvements where required Health & Safety Ensure full compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures Oversee implementation of RAMS, permits to work, and site safety systems Promote a strong safety culture across all project activities Quality Assurance Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all stages of construction Ensure all inspections, testing, and documentation are completed and maintained Oversee the production of as-built records and handover documentation Commercial & Procurement Manage procurement processes, including material approvals and resource planning Work closely with commercial teams to monitor costs, variations, and financial performance Issue Early Warnings and manage CVIs in line with contract requirements Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates Manage technical queries and design coordination effectively Selection Criteria / Person Specification Min.
