  • Pre Works Auditor

    Overview Circet Ireland is currently looking to recruit an experienced Pre Works Auditor who will be responsible for working alongside the Delivery Manager, ensuring delivery of targeted programmes to KPIs, Service Level Agreements and escalations in relation to telecommunication infrastructure build programs (BAU). You will play a critical role in managing and progressing orders from initiation through to crew assignments. You will take full ownership of each order, ensuring timely review, accurate data validation, and effective communication with clients to resolve any missing or unclear information. Your role involves managing order statuses, coordinating traffic management requirements, and maintaining accurate updates in the MIS system to support stakeholders' visibility. A key part of your responsibility will be to drive operational efficiency, reduce delays, and help deliver against KPIs agreed with the client. Responsibilities Take complete ownership of orders from creation through crew assignment, ensuring all new orders are reviewed within 1 day of receipt and that all necessary data is present. Take immediate corrective action when information is missing or incomplete. Liaise with the client to resolve missing or unclear information, proactively pushing back on incorrect or incomplete data and requesting timely corrections. Move orders requiring further action into the appropriate On Hold status and monitor associated deadlines to ensure timely resolution and progress. Once all requirements are met, assign an internal priority and ensure the order is allocated to a crew on the same day it is removed from On Hold. Assess and document Traffic Management (TM) requirements, whether third-party or in-house, and align TM scheduling with the overall Programme timeline. Accurately input priority levels and status updates into the MIS system to ensure transparency and visibility for the PMO and other stakeholders. Work alongside the Delivery Manager to prioritise work and resources effectively. Delivery of LRBD and KPIs for work programmes. Responsible for the completion of internal reports. Coordinate resources with DMS, ensuring delivery of client Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements, and escalations. Enhance the company's reputation by providing outstanding customer service. Provide a distinct focus on delivering LRBD and KPIS for the company and the client. Promptly identify to the DM any working constraints that could hinder achieving objectives. Monitor Key Performance Indicators on a weekly basis and provide a report to PM. Build and maintain working relationships with the client and within Circet. Attend meetings as required and ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders, delivered promptly and transparently with expectations clearly set and met. Effectively manage and document any issues/escalations raised, ensuring timely resolution and successful conclusion. Knowledge & Skills Requirements A minimum of 3 years' experience in Contract Support or Field experience. Proven track record of delivery to client Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel. Customer and Delivery focused. A good understanding of managing Risk, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Escalations. A good understanding of project governance and control. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who have just completed a qualification in Building Services, Architectural Design, Engineering or the equivalent and are keen to gain experience in the development of cutting-edge digital infrastructure. Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design and planning of structured cabling and network systems within high-performance Data Centre environments. Design and layout structured cabling systems and network infrastructure for data centre builds and upgrades. Interpret technical drawings, floorplans, and specifications to produce accurate network designs. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and external contractors to ensure project success. Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including schematics, layout drawings, and design packs. Conduct site visits and assessments to ensure feasibility and compliance with design requirements. Support troubleshooting efforts and redesigns where network modifications are required. Generate detailed Bills of Materials (BOMs) from design specifications. Coordinate design work using Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and 3D model integration. Stay up-to-date on data centre design trends, tools, and best practices. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Degree in one of the following or related fields: Building Services Engineering Architectural Technology Architecture Civil/Structural/Electrical Engineering Construction Management or Construction Technology Knowledge of structured cabling design, network planning, or data centre environments.
