    We are actively seeking a part time Social Media Content Creator, based in Galway. This role is 3 days of 7 days, includes some weekends and is based in Galway. This role plays a pivotal role in shaping the digital voice and presence of our hotel portfolio. This role is responsible for developing and executing high-impact social media strategies that drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance. Working across multiple platforms and hotel brands, the Social Media Content Creator will create compelling content, manage influencer collaborations, and report on performance metrics aligned with monthly goals and revenue targets. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders including the wider marketing team, digital account managers, brand and communications managers, and business analysts. The successful candidate will ensure all social media activity is aligned with the overarching marketing strategy and contributes meaningfully to business growth. Principal Responsibilities Content Creation & Channel Management Develop and implement content plans across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms to support brand and commercial objectives. Produce high-quality visual assets including short-form video, reels, stories, and photography that drive engagement and conversions. Maintain content calendars aligned with hotel campaigns, seasonal promotions, and group-wide marketing initiatives. Create platform-specific content variations to support organic reach and paid media performance. Collaborate with hotel teams to capture real-time content and amplify local stories that resonate with target audiences. Brand Storytelling & Guest Engagement Craft authentic narratives that reflect the unique identity of each hotel and resonate with target audiences. Highlight key pillars such as guest experiences, food & beverage, weddings, events, and local culture. Drive community growth and engagement by responding to comments, messages, and guest interactions in a timely and brand‑aligned manner. Activate user-generated content and amplify guest voices across platforms. Strategic Collaboration Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure social media activity supports broader marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and revenue goals. Contribute to integrated campaigns across email, PR, web, and paid media channels. Support influencer marketing programs, including sourcing, briefing, and performance tracking. Provide creative input and content support for hotel‑specific activations in weddings, events, and F&B. Performance Reporting & Commercial Impact Monitor and report on social media KPIs including engagement, reach, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI. Deliver monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation. Align content strategies with commercial targets and continuously refine based on analytics and business feedback. Stay ahead of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to maintain competitive advantage. Skills & Attributes Strong creative skills in photography, videography, and editing with a commercial lens. Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar. Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability with a focus on brand and performance. Highly organised and capable of managing multiple hotel accounts and content streams simultaneously. Commercially minded with a deep understanding of how social media drives business outcomes. Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and creating memorable guest experiences. Experience with paid social media campaigns and digital advertising is a plus. Experience & Qualifications Degree or diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred. 2-3 years' experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.
