Branch Manager – CEVA Logistics
Join CEVA Logistics as a Branch Manager in Shannon, County Clare, Ireland. This role drives operational excellence, profitability, and a high-performance culture across freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operational activity across freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution.
Formulate strategies to improve productivity, identify growth and new business opportunities, and ensure operational excellence.
Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, negotiate rates, and resolve issues promptly.
Set budgets, manage the P&L across all products, and embed a culture of high performance and engagement.
Support the Head of Air & Ocean for Ireland with optimisation and change management projects.
Qualifications
Proven air freight management experience within 3PL or global environment.
Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to develop and shape management teams.
Proven budget management and P&L experience with strong commercial acumen.
Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication at all levels, prepared to present business updates and reports.
Experience managing a branch operation or air freight site-based teams.
