Role: Project Manager We are currently recruiting for the position of a Project Manager to assist in the delivery of public and private sector projects. The PM will report directly to the Managing Director. Role Description: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing retrofitting projects, coordinating with clients, homeowners, sub-contractors, foremen and site personnel working to safety, quality and environmental standards. Key Requirements: Education & Skills: Degree qualified in a construction related course. Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience with an ability to manage various trades and prioritise work effectively. Technical Skills: Familiarity with Building Regulations and SR54 Code of Practice for retrofitting works an advantage. Strong proficiency in computer literacy and software associated with managing projects. Knowledge of H&S legislation and all other relevant regulations. Organisational Skills: Quality and results focused with strong attention to detail ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Excellent organisational and managerial ability with strong communication skills.
