  • Project and Change Management Specialist (full-time or part-time) Join to apply for the Project and Change Management Specialist (full-time or part-time) role at Centre for Effective Services CES is looking for a specialist in Project and Change Management. The ideal candidate will support our partner teams to successfully execute and deliver projects and programmes that will lead to the design and implementation of improved public services. They will be specialists in Project, Programme and Change Management. The successful candidate for this role will hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and/or a minimum of 3 years equivalent and relevant work experience. Additionally, the new specialist must be capable of showcasing a proven track record in both Project Management and Change Management methodologies and practices. The position is offered on a full-time basis, for a contract duration of 2 years, but part-time options will be considered. The successful candidate will benefit from a competitive package which includes a range of options for flexible working, pension scheme, access to a focused wellbeing programme (EAP), and exceptional training and development opportunities. The salary for this role will be determined based on the candidate's level of experience in alignment with the specified salary band.
