Head of Finance – Responsibilities Lead and manage all financial reporting - weekly, monthly and annual. Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary to a tight timeline. Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements. Develop high performing, lean HQ team to deliver support services to site teams i.e. transfer pricing. Oversee banking, insurance and foreign currency exposures. Manage year-end processes, audits and financial statements for all entities. Qualifications The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with substantial post qualification experience in financial control. They will have demonstrated leadership and team development experience with excellent communication and influencing skills. Strong systems experience and understanding is key to this role, and experience in manufacturing a benefit. Location Head Office in Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Finance will be primarily responsible for managing and driving our Group Finance teams located in Mullingar to deliver on time and accurate weekly, monthly and annual reporting.
