The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the senior leadership team at CCS Cleaning, responsible for overseeing the financial health, governance, and strategic financial direction of the company.
Based in Dublin , the role supports a fast-growing, multi-site and multi-country cleaning and facilities services business with complex operational, payroll, and contract structures.
The CFO partners closely with the Managing Director, Operations, HR, and senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial control, scalable processes, and commercially sound decision-making.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement , particularly in budgeting, cash flow management, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities Own and further develop CCS Cleaning’s financial systems landscape, including Business Central , ERP tools , Microsoft stack, Power BI , and related reporting platforms
Drive strong business intelligence and data-led decision-making through dashboards, simplified reporting, and clear financial insights
Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cash flow management in a tight-margin, labour-intensive services environment
Partner closely with Sales and Commercial teams to support pricing, margin analysis, and sustainable growth decisions
Manage financial compliance and statutory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, translating financial data into strategic and operational guidance
Identify financial risks related to growth, margins, payroll, and regulatory complexity, and develop mitigation strategies
Lead, develop, and support the finance team with a strong focus on collaboration, structure, and continuous improvement
Skills and Qualifications Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent)
Strong technical finance background combined with hands-on experience in systems, data, and reporting
Proven experience working with Business Central, ERP systems, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
Strong understanding of business intelligence, dashboards, and data-driven reporting
Experience operating in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment
Solid track record managing tight-margin, labour-intensive businesses such as cleaning, facilities, hospitality, or similar sectors
Deep understanding of payroll-driven cost structures and time-based service models
Commercially minded, with the ability to partner effectively with Sales and Operations
Comfortable leading finance in a growing and evolving organisation
Strong people skills; approachable, flexible, and able to work effectively across teams
Able to bring structure without overcomplicating processes
High integrity, adaptability, and a collaborative leadership style
