For more information visit . The Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, assembly, labelling, and packaging of syringe and vial-based products. These platforms range from manual operations to high-speed, fully automated production lines. Responsibilities: Provide process engineering support across the Product Supply and support continuous improvement initiatives for existing manufacturing equipment and cross-functionally with teams such as MSAT, Technical Development, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain. Lead and coordinate technical activities within automation and inspection projects, contributing to the development of both new and existing manufacturing capacity. Apply knowledge from existing manufacturing technologies to aid in the design and implementation of new, higher-yield, and more efficient systems. Ensure safety and compliance standards are upheld at all times. Provide technical and engineering support in response to process and equipment failures, driving process improvements, and supporting the qualification of new equipment or products. To learn more about the company's experience and comprehensive suite of capabilities and solutions, visit The Role: This position will support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programmes to ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and industry requirements. The role will also involve supporting the implementation of ISO, acting as a subject matter expert for EHS topics, and advising site teams on areas such as Industrial Hygiene, emergency response, and contractor management. This position is onsite, 5 days a week. Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and sustain ISO for the site by working with an external vendor. Act as SME for Industrial Hygiene and oversee related risk assessments and monitoring. Manage chemical safety, including approvals, SDS databases, and chemical registers. Lead and coordinate emergency response planning and training. Manage contractor safety and the permit-to-work process. Provide EHS training including induction, manual handling, chemical awareness, and contractor management. Deliver presentations and updates for EHS management reviews. Perform regular audits, inspections, and walkdowns to monitor compliance. Investigate incidents and accidents, ensuring CAPAs are closed out effectively. Support risk assessments, JSAs, and ensure control measures are implemented. Prepare, update, and review EHS documentation, procedures, and systems. Maintain site EHS metrics and ensure timely reporting to corporate systems. Chair EHS team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Provide guidance and training on EHS software and act as site SME for system use. Requirements: Third-level qualification in Science, Engineering, or EHS. 5+ years' experience in EHS, ideally within a regulated industry. Familiarity with ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards. Job Responsibilities Work on supply chain problems of a diverse scope, where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of identifiable factors, establishment of root cause & implementation of corrective actions to meet business targets on OTIF, Inventory etc. Work across organizational, cultural and geographic boundaries to optimize company strategic results within the supply chain function. Introduce and integrate new technologies and/or new processes, as needed & support and develop inventory level tactics to support delivery of the business goals. Provide input to more senior team members on planning and forecasting challenges to drive continuous improvement in standards. Execute the planning and control of materials and finished goods to meet OTIF and distribution demand & Compile and analyse data to assist with decision-making. Generate documents such as work orders, purchase orders, material transfer requests, or shipping documentation to support supply chain execution activities. Track progress with department supervisors, readjust schedules and communicate changes according to production progress, change orders, manpower requirements, product availability or other conditions impacting timelines. Use approved methods to make decisions in line with company goals and objectives, e.g. transfer or delivery of inventory, production and purchasing schedules, prioritisation of product release. Develop and implement programs with Global Planning, CMO suppliers and/or internal cross-functional team members to support continuous improvement activities. Experience Required The preferred candidate will have some years of relevant experience in related field and a BS or BA; or some years of relevant experience and a Master’s Degree. Possess good planning and organizational skills coupled with strong communication, time management skills and an aptitude for working with computer systems to plan and manage supply chain requirements. Demonstrate an in depth understanding and application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards along with an in depth knowledge of industry practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills and problem-solving capability. Possess up-to-date knowledge of business operating systems, DRP, production scheduling, SAP/DB2/Access databases, and Excel, its uses and functions, and business need’s and developments. Demonstrate the ability to develop solutions to a wide range of moderately complex problems, which require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.
