We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wedding & Events Supervisor to join our team. Deliver unforgettable guest experiences in one of Ireland’s most enchanting estates. As Wedding & Events Supervisor, you’ll lead the seamless execution of weddings, celebrations, and bespoke events within the castle. From coordinating timelines and managing on‑day operations to guiding staff and ensuring every detail meets Castle Leslie’s luxury standards, you’ll be the calm, organised, guest‑focused presence that keeps each event running flawlessly. A passion for hospitality, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet are key in this dynamic, high‑energy role.

Job Details
Work with and supervise a team of Food & Beverage Assistants.
Communicate and delegate tasks to the team.
Work closely with other Supervisors and/or Manager to assist in training and provide ongoing refreshers.
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Assist Food & Beverage management with achieving financial targets.
Assist with training and development of team members.
Assist with job reviews and mid‑year/annual appraisals of team members under your responsibility.
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
Assist other departments when necessary and maintain good working relationships.
Meet and greet guests as they arrive, ensuring they are welcomed.
Provide efficient and friendly service throughout the Estate.
Clean, lay up and clear tables, stock and replenish service points as necessary.
Report guest complaints or issues to Management and/or Duty Manager.
Maintain thorough knowledge of service standards to ensure a 5* standard at all times.
Promote good working relations between team members to ensure high morale.
Ensure all billing and charging procedures are followed.
Ensure the team has a complete knowledge of all elements of the food and beverage product.
Attend daily and departmental meetings as required.
Ensure all daily team briefings take place.
