Role Overview Castle Group isseekinga motivated and ambitious Graduate EHS Advisor to join our Environment, Health & Safety team. This roleprovidesan excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across live construction and modular manufacturing environments while developinga strong foundationin EHS best practices. The successful candidate will support the implementation and monitoring of health and safety systems across projects, working closely with site teams and senior EHS personnel to promote a positive safety culture. This is a senior site leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of a major pharmaceutical fit-out project, ensuring programme certainty, quality excellence, and strong commercial control from start to completion. The successful candidate will oversee programme management, site operations, subcontractor coordination, quality standards, and commercial performance to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the fit-out project, managing programme sequencing, site logistics, and resource planning. Team Management: Allocate staff resources effectively and maintain clear communication within your project team. Coordinate subcontractors and specialist trades within a live project environment Safety Management: Implement Castle Groups Safety System to foster a strong safety culture throughout each project phase. Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure that the projects build quality aligns with the clients expectations and Castle Group standards. Cost Control: Collaborate with the commercial team to manage project costs, control packages, and deliver on agreed commercial objectives. Requirements: Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management within construction or fit-out, ideally on mission-critical or pharmaceutical projects. Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar). Skills:Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management skills. Solutions-oriented with a strong understanding of commercial realities. Other Requirements: Valid drivers license and eligibility to work without visa sponsorship. This role requires a confident construction leader with strong technical knowledge, excellent coordination skills, and proven experience delivering complex fit-out projects in fast-paced, high-specification environments.
