Project Manager (Fit-Out) Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland Castle Group is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale pharmaceutical fit-out project. This is a senior site leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of a major pharmaceutical fit-out project, ensuring programme certainty, quality excellence, and strong commercial control from start to completion. The successful candidate will oversee programme management, site operations, subcontractor coordination, quality standards, and commercial performance to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the fit-out project, managing programme sequencing, site logistics, and resource planning. Team Management: Allocate staff resources effectively and maintain clear communication within your project team. Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar). Skills:Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management skills. Solutions-oriented with a strong understanding of commercial realities.
